Golden, Colorado

The town of Golden is west of Denver, and was actually the territorial capitol back before Denver got the title.

This is Golden's historic downtown, on Washington St. The arch spanning the street is designed to give visitors a "western town" feel, and reads "Howdy Folks! Welcome to Golden"

This is the town of Golden from a distance. Lakewood and Golden are completely connected nowadays, which means that there's continuous development all the way to downtown Denver.
